TrueRole Team Collaboration

See the reasoning behind each recommendation.

A proceed or hold recommendation is only the start. Review each teammate’s observations, source notes, and reasoning alongside the candidate’s evaluation, then focus the discussion on what would resolve the difference.

I’d like to understand strategic ownership and see the adoption outcomes before proceeding.

From opinion to observation

Give the team something specific to discuss.

Morgan sees relevant delivery experience. Jordan wants clearer evidence of strategic ownership. Trace that difference to the same requirement and supporting passage, instead of debating an overall impression.

"Rolled out shared components across three product teams. Worked with team leads to plan the migration and document adoption."

Provides context, rather than direct evidence of this requirement.

Make disagreement useful

Compare the reasoning, not just the recommendation.

Use the discussion to agree on the next step: revisit a source, ask a targeted question, or move forward. Each recommendation stays connected to the reviewer’s observations and reasoning.

Feedback visibility settings control when teammates can see recommendations. Once released, review the source notes together and distinguish what was observed from what was inferred.

Common questions

Questions about Team Collaboration

What can reviewers see together?

Teammates with access can review the candidate’s evaluation, requirement findings, and supporting materials. Feedback visibility settings control when recommendations are shared; workspace membership and permissions control access.

Can teammates disagree?

Yes. Each reviewer’s recommendation and reasoning remain visible after feedback is released. The team can trace different views to specific observations and decide what to explore next.

Is feedback the same as the AI evaluation?

No. Team recommendations express human judgment. Review them alongside the evaluation and the evidence from which it was developed. Source-backed feedback can add context, while people remain responsible for the decision.

Can we keep our ATS?

Yes. TrueRole can support evaluation alongside your recruiting workflow, or you can create roles and add candidates directly. ATS integration availability varies by workspace.
