From résumés to interview feedback, see how TrueRole uses information to support your hiring.
- What shapes the evaluation
- What information we use
Your job description and company context help shape the evaluation criteria, alongside TrueRole’s framework for role expectations and seniority.
Candidate review starts with the résumé you provide. TrueRole automatically gathers available supporting materials from résumé resources, and your team can add other materials and reviewer feedback.
- How candidate information is used
- How we work with service providers
TrueRole uses candidate materials and reviewer feedback to help your team evaluate candidates and prepare for interviews. Companies that help us run the service—including AI providers—also handle information, with agreements that limit how they can use it.
- Who can access candidate information
- How we protect access
Workspace membership and permissions help control which team members can see candidate information. Authorized TrueRole team members and service providers may also access information to run and support the service.
- What happens when you request deletion
- What happens when you delete a workspace
Workspace owners can start the deletion process in settings. A recovery period gives you time to change your mind. Some records and backups remain for the reasons explained in our Privacy Notice.
